Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter was very nice and gave me a lot of info. I wasn't a fan of the HM interview though. She seemed a bit cold and just hit me with 45 minutes of behavioral questions straight, barely paying attention to my responses or who I am as a designer. When I asked about career development for designers, she said the best way to grow is through design critiques. It felt like they're just looking for someone experienced and don't really care about company culture, building a team, or personal growth.

The recruiting team was good. First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a portfolio discussion with a Senior Designer. The discussions were okay overall, but they really seemed to want someone with healthcare experience.

I had a 45 minute call with HR. Then I had two 30 minute video interviews with the team members. The first interview was about my portfolio and projects. The second interview was mostly behavioral questions. The process was organized and fast, and everyone was supportive and responsive.
