Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was straightforward. It was conducted via Google Meet. You should listen to the questions and think about your response. Please be punctual and dress appropriately. Ensure you are in a quiet place for the interview.

Since I was an internal hire, the process wasn't too tough given my past experience. We do hire people from outside too. I was initially offered an internship and had to do 90 days of that before I could be considered for a permanent full-time position.

You'll be asked some general sales questions. Use your experience and the STAR method to show how you handle sales situations, overcome challenges, act strategically, and get results.
