I applied for the web developer intern role and got a call from HR the next day to schedule an interview. The process had four stages: an aptitude test, an English proficiency check with HR, a first technical round, and a second technical round. I didn't make it past the second technical round and was advised to gain more experience and reapply in three months. The office environment was great, and everyone, including the interviewers, was welcoming.
First, there was an online quant test, which was pretty easy. Then, we had to pick a specialization like web development, UI/UX, Java, or testing. After that, we did a group discussion. The technical round was a Skype interview.
I got placed through campus interviews. The interview was in person at the company, and it was a quick and pleasant experience. It's manageable if you're well-prepared with knowledge.
