It was a pretty straightforward interview. First, there was an online test covering both quantitative and technical topics. After that, we had a group discussion. The final stage was a mix of technical and HR questions, and it was moderately challenging.
The job was advertised as a Software Development Engineer, but it turned out to be an internship. They have a system where you do a three-month internship, and if you do well, you get hired as a full-time employee with the salary depending on your performance. The process included a GD round, and then a Technical cum HR round. There were also some basic aptitude questions asked in the first round.
The interviewer was very friendly. The first round was an online aptitude test which had very basic aptitude questions. Once we passed that round, an online technical round was conducted which was also very easy. Then a technical hr round and finally an hr round.
