So I had my telephonic profile check, which was like a 1:1 interview at a job fair. Then there was an aptitude, logical, and English test with 20 questions. After that, a technical round focusing on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Finally, an HR round where they asked about me, why I chose web development, and my education.
You start with an online application, then they call you for an interview. The interview process includes an aptitude test, a face-to-face interview, and an exercise test. You are evaluated at each stage and moved to the next round if you perform well.
internship is about 3 to 4 months long with a 6 months probation period. after you get selected, there is only a technical round which consists of core Java in-depth and logical programming questions like sortings, string based questions, etc. this round is almost half an hour long, and there's no aptitude test.
