Candidate-reported interview process

Submitted my resume back in January and then heard back for an interview call in March. The interview was over the phone and felt pretty easy. Got feedback on it about three weeks later.

It was the most intense group interview! It was very fast paced, and you were being interviewed with about 30 others by a panel of 4-6 people. You were tested for computer skills, ability to answer questions on the spot in front of others, and more.

My initial contact and experience were fantastic. American Water is clearly a professional company. The main office's recruiting team is great, but the whole process took a while because my first interview got postponed three times. The recruiter at the main office did her best to keep me updated throughout. In the end, they decided to go with someone who already worked there.
