Applied online and then HR got in touch about 3 days later. Had a 30-minute chat with HR, and then they set up a phone interview with the project managers for the next week. All the questions were technical, focusing on construction management.
Got a call from a recruiter about two weeks after applying online. It was a nice process all the way through. Everyone was nice, from the secretary to the hiring manager. I think I did okay in the interview, even though I didn't get the job. Probably just a lot of competition.
First you'll talk to the recruiter, then you'll have an interview with the hiring manager. After that, a group of Engineering managers will interview you.
