Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was fair and reasonable.

I first had a quick chat with HR, and then I did a Zoom interview with a group of managers and people who would be my colleagues. They talked about the company and the job first, and then asked me some behavioral and situational questions.

First, I had a screening chat with HR. Then, I interviewed with the manager and about 6 team members. It was a pretty relaxed talk with some situational questions and we discussed expectations. HR called me with an offer.
