Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was over the phone. The next step involved a half-day of interviews with several people. Everything seemed to go well, but after following up with the recruiter, I heard nothing back. I also reached out to the individuals I interviewed with, but still no reply, not even a courtesy email. I found this unprofessional and suspect the recruiter, Kathleen, was responsible for me not getting the job or any response.

The interview process was a bit disorganized and lengthy. It started with a conference call, then two telephone interviews, and eventually a face-to-face meeting. A separate reference check involved about 30 minutes of questions. There was also a physical and drug test, which felt like a lot. I had to remind HR to get the offer letter.

It's a series of interviews. First, pre-screening, then the hiring manager and maybe two others from the business will interview you. After that, there's a final interview. However, if there are multiple candidates, they might do a few group interviews to see who fits best.
