Candidate-reported interview process

Submitted my resume back in January and then heard back for an interview call in March. The interview was over the phone and felt pretty easy. Got feedback on it about three weeks later.

interviewed at the local office with local engineering staff, had an office tour, and went through 2 interviews. Overall, it was a great process.

The interview process was very brief. It seemed like they were solely focused on filling the specific role rather than assessing the candidate as a whole. This felt like another instance of the corporate world reducing individuals to mere numbers instead of recognizing them as people.
