I had a chemistry interview with the hiring manager and wearereadytalent who was providing manager services. I got the offer but wearereadytalent delayed the contract. After just a day of getting the contract they withdrew the offer with no reason given. The hiring manager and onboarder manager didn't reply to emails or calls and their recruitment service wearereadytalent have gone silent. Appalling recruitment practices.
The experience was good, the team seemed nice and engaging. The process had 4 rounds: an HR call, a behavioral call, a case study, and a final stage with the head of department. It was a quick process, taking about 2-3 weeks. The HR was responsive, but there wasn't much feedback after the process finished.
I applied online, and then there was an AI screening round. After that, I had a technical interview where they tested my basic programming, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills. The last part was more focused on HR and communication, where we talked about my background, projects, and why I'm interested in the role. The whole thing felt pretty organized and professional.
