Initial recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a product case study, then a presentation, and finally an offer. The whole thing took about 3 weeks.
I had a phone interview. The recruiter contacted me the day before to set up the interview for the next day. I replied by email and agreed to the time.
I had 2 recruiter calls, then one interview with the director and a PO, followed by one interview with the tech team and another with the product team. This process took quite a while, and in the end, they told me they hired someone internally. I honestly don't think that's very professional.
