I applied online, and then there was an AI screening round. After that, I had a technical interview where they tested my basic programming, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills. The last part was more focused on HR and communication, where we talked about my background, projects, and why I'm interested in the role. The whole thing felt pretty organized and professional.
It was a 3-round interview process, starting with a manager, then a senior manager, and finally a director. The process went smoothly. All three rounds were based on case studies designed to assess the candidate's approach.
First, they'll ask you to introduce yourself and talk about your previous work if you have any. Then there's a written test with 70 multiple-choice questions and an email writing task. Finally, an HR interview where they'll assess your confidence by asking various questions.
