got a text about 2 weeks after I applied. the interview was on TEAMS with 2 engineering managers. they were pretty chill and talked about the job basics then asked some behavioral questions.
Had a quick easy screening with HR first. Then, there was a 3 on 1 panel interview. It included a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The technical questions were pretty basic, just requiring an elementary understanding of power systems and the SCADA industry, which wasn't difficult. The behavioral questions were typical, like dealing with a difficult coworker or competing deadlines. Everyone was really nice and said I'd hear back the following week because interviews were wrapping up the next day. But, it's been a month and I haven't heard anything. I've since accepted another offer.
The recruiter was super responsive and got back to me fast. All the interviews were scheduled pretty quick over about a month. Everyone I talked to was nice and professional, and the questions they asked felt like they were actually for the job. I didn't get the job in the end, and I had to chase them to find out, which was a bummer. But other than that, it was a pretty good interview process.
