Candidate-reported interview process

got a text about 2 weeks after I applied. the interview was on TEAMS with 2 engineering managers. they were pretty chill and talked about the job basics then asked some behavioral questions.

I met with two people in person at the Gahanna Facility: one from HR and one from Management. We sat down and they asked me some questions. It was a pretty chill interview, but I didn't get a job offer.

I had a chat with three interviewers. They asked me typical behavioral questions and some questions about my work experience, my previous job, and why I want to join AEP. During the interview, I also got to learn more about the role and what the day-to-day activities would look like.
