Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth and informative, although it took a while to get an interview after the initial application. I got a tour of the facilities and met management. The benefits look amazing and the pay is good for our area.

We had a face to face interview where they asked questions about customer service skills.

The interview process with the recruiter and the company seemed thorough and went well initially. There were 3 interviews in total (2 with the recruiter and 1 with the company), plus a morning dedicated to taking tests. Unfortunately, after the final interview, both the company and the recruiter went silent and haven't responded via email or phone for months.
