The recruiter was super responsive and got back to me fast. All the interviews were scheduled pretty quick over about a month. Everyone I talked to was nice and professional, and the questions they asked felt like they were actually for the job. I didn't get the job in the end, and I had to chase them to find out, which was a bummer. But other than that, it was a pretty good interview process.
It was a panel interview that lasted about an hour and included behavioral questions. The questions focused on my Project Management experience and situational questions that required me to provide a response.
It was a virtual interview with 3 people on the panel. They asked STAR based questions. It was a good experience overall. The panel was open about sharing company experiences and details about what to expect.
