Candidate-reported interview process

It was a standard competency-based process, very fair and transparent with quick, useful feedback. I was interviewed by two people, one of whom was from HR. Overall, I couldn't fault the process and would happily apply again.

First, I had an HR screening call. Then, they emailed me a link to an aptitude test. After that, I was invited to their Dublin office for an in-person interview. About a week later, HR called to offer me the job.

We started with a Microsoft Teams call, then had three panel interviews in person. The last part was at the company's main office in Dublin, Ireland.
