It was an online interview on teams. I had a really friendly and relaxed chat with two interviewers. They asked me competency-based questions about my past experiences and then some specific practice questions about the tasks involved in the role.
There was a long gap between applying and hearing back, but once they got in touch, things moved really fast and smoothly. I had to do some aptitude tests first, and then a competency-based interview over Zoom with two people from the team. It was a good experience, not too tough, and I got a good chance to show what I could do.
The interview was a virtual zoom call with 2 members from AIB. It went for about 45 minutes and was pretty relaxed. They mainly asked competency-based questions and asked why I was interested in the role.
