Candidate-reported interview process

First, I formally sent in my application. About a month later, I was invited to an online interview with two other people. After waiting for about two weeks, I was offered the role.

This was a 1 hour 10 minute interview that included a behavioral question and a case study. The questions weren't too difficult. I received the behavioral questions the day before, but had no time to prepare for the case study, so that was completely improvised.

So first there was a call with the talent acquisition team. Then there was one interview. It started with the interviewers introducing themselves and then asking me to talk about myself and my background. Then we went into a competency based interview.
