The interview was held on Microsoft Teams. I was asked questions about my past experience, the skills I've gained, and situations I've faced. Two people from AIB interviewed me, and I found them both to be fair and friendly.
It was a standard behavioural interview with competency-based questions. There were 6 competency questions, plus the usual 'walk me through your CV' type questions. Two interviewers who both had technical backgrounds were present. The entire interview was conducted over Zoom and lasted about an hour.
The interview process began with a general aptitude test to screen applicants. If you passed that, the next step was a more technical round focusing on SQL questions. They also asked about your prior role and how you managed during periods of tight deadlines.
