Candidate-reported interview process

It was a competency-based interview. They want you to answer using the STAR method, keeping your answers simple and short. You'll have plenty of chances to speak, and the interviewers will listen and take notes.

After submitting an online application in December, there were two in-person interview rounds. Each interview featured a panel of mid to senior managers along with an HR business partner. The second interview focused on competencies.

The interview process was very well done. They used competencies that were told about ahead of time. The staff were very nice and welcoming and made it easy to talk to them. They asked about my previous experience and what I would like to do in the future.
