The interview process included 2 online tests, followed by an online psychological assessment. Then there was a phone interview. This was followed by a 2-day assessment that featured a one-on-one interview, individual assignments, and group assignments. If successful, the applicant will proceed to a two-year training program with international exposure and job assignments.

The interview process was okay, it took a little time because they had just lifted a hiring freeze. Since the hiring freeze was just lifted, they were bringing on multiple employees at the same time, hence the time it took to get on with the company. It was pretty easy though, just filling out an application and submitting a resume.

The interview wasn't too challenging, especially given your work history. Since the role leans towards project management, there wasn't a technical evaluation. Safety is super important because Brunei Shell Petroleum is their client, and this was definitely a focus during the chat.
