Applied through campus. Had two phone interviews, about 30 minutes each. Mostly behavioral questions. The interviewer described their work and typical job. Within one or two weeks, HR called to negotiate the offer.

First, there's the application, submitting your resume and an optional cover letter on the website. Then, an external consulting firm calls you for a phone interview. The consultant I spoke with wasn't very professional. She was late, stalled, asked me to call back later, and then never called back. :(
