Candidate-reported interview process
It's a long and packed interview process with 2-4 blocks, each containing many questions. Depending on your local committee, they might let you speak Indonesian. During the Large Group Discussion (LGD), you need to be active and respectful, but avoid being overly dominant.
After submitting my application package, which included my CV and an ethics clearance letter, I had a short technical interview. They asked 4 technical questions about AIESEC products and a scenario-based question about importing data from Expa.
