Candidate-reported interview process

so the interview process involved an assessment centre where i did multiple activities to see how i worked in a team and communicated, stuff like that. afterwards, i had an interview with a leader, and they mostly asked questions about my motivation and if my values matched theirs.

It was a really interesting interview process, I felt like I learned a lot about the role and what they're looking for. The questions were mainly about my personality and my ambitions. The people interviewing me were also very nice and helpful.

The interview is an hour long and divided into 3 parts. First, they'll ask about your personal life, dreams, vision, and values, and why you're interested in AIESEC. Finally, you'll get feedback from the interviewer.
