Candidate-reported interview process

It's a long and packed interview process with 2-4 blocks, each containing many questions. Depending on your local committee, they might let you speak Indonesian. During the Large Group Discussion (LGD), you need to be active and respectful, but avoid being overly dominant.

The process had 3 stages, and I felt really comfortable. First, there was an initial group meeting to talk about the company, like a first screening to see if I was interested. Then, the first official stage was a group interview with some dynamics to get us interacting. The second stage was one-on-one, with lots of self-reflection questions and also information about the company.

The interview process started with an elevator pitch, lasting about 10 minutes. This was followed by an interview in English with 3 to 4 questions. Then there was a full-day group activity, culminating in a presentation. This presentation was based on a solution to a problem that we had a week to prepare. Finally, there was a motivational interview about why I want to work as a volunteer at the NGO.
