Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved 3 rounds: a group discussion and two interviews that spanned an entire day. Each round served as a filter, and while the experience could be intense at times, the volunteers made an effort to make candidates feel welcome.

I applied online and had to answer some questions about the role and do a swat analysis for it. Then, I submitted my application, and the HR VP sent me the date and place of the interview.

I went through 3 stages in the interview process. First, there was a written test. Then, we did a group dynamics activity. Finally, I had an interview where the person already in the organization asked us a lot of questions.
