Candidate-reported interview process

It was a good interview, the panel was nice and let me answer questions without feeling rushed. They asked me questions about my portfolio. I did notice them discussing my answers while the interview was still ongoing.

First, you'd put together your resume and a cover letter. Then, there would be some filtration steps. Finally, you'd have an interview to figure out if you're a good fit for the job.

The interview process was awesome, and the judging panel was very friendly. The questions were very clear and task-related. Sometimes when I failed to answer some questions, they helped me, which was a relief.
