Candidate-reported interview process

We had an online interview on Teams. They asked about my previous research experience. Then they introduced their project and what skills I could learn. It was mostly an easy conversation. No behavioral or scenario questions were asked.

The interview was done online using Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager. The manager was late, so I had to message the recruiter on WhatsApp to check up on them. The hiring manager mentioned that this position has a two-stage interview process.

It was a hybrid interview, with one person in person and two others joining online via Teams. It wasn't the best experience because the interviewers didn't seem very focused or engaged.
