It was a virtual interview that lasted about 45 minutes. The hiring manager, HR, and a director were present. Overall, the experience was okay. The panel was nice and supportive, very friendly. I was asked a lot of questions about my previous work experience, how I'd handle specific situations, and what my interests are. I felt it went well and was hopeful, but I was ghosted. It's been almost 2 months since the interview. It would have been good if HR had followed up to confirm my rejection, just to close the loop. Still, it was a positive experience overall.

It was a three-round interview process. The hiring manager took a while to respond, and there was also a long wait from the recruitment team to finalize the paperwork. I had to submit an essay. The interviewers were pleasant to talk to.

The hiring managers were really respectful and thorough during the interview. They knew a lot about the job requirements and jobscope and were able to answer all my questions to the best of their abilities.
