Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is pretty standard. You'll have at least two interviewers who will ask about your current job, your reasons for wanting to leave, and your past accomplishments in your current role.

I had an interview with 2 Deputy Directors who gave me a good amount of info about the role I applied for and the type of employees they are looking for. They mentioned they are willing to guide and teach.

The interviewers were really nice and told me a lot about the job. It was in a conference room and lasted about 30 to 40 minutes.
