Candidate-reported interview process

I applied through LinkedIn with my resume and portfolio. Then, I had an online interview with the HR manager, which lasted about 30 minutes. They asked general questions about the role and my knowledge in the field.

The interview is quite relaxed if you have knowledge in the area you work in, they will ask you about your work process and level of knowledge in the tool they use at the company.

It was a really tough process, first had to do this psychometric test before my CV even got to the recruiter. The recruiter was cool though, answered everything I asked and we had a good chat. Then the next interview was a case presentation with the hiring manager and another person from the team. They had some weird quiet moments during the 2 hours, but the questions were kinda what I expected for a more technical role.
