AFRY Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

First I had a chat with the recruiter, then I interviewed with my potential section manager. After that, I met with another section manager and a consultant. Finally, I was given a Codility test to complete.

I interviewed with AFRY Solutions, and it was a few rounds. First there was a coding test, then a technical chat with a manager from India, and then another technical/managerial discussion with a manager from Sweden. The whole process was organized and went well. HR gave me good feedback, making me feel good about the job. But after finishing everything, there was radio silence. It's been over two weeks since my last interview and even after emailing HR, I haven't heard back or gotten any status update. The interviews themselves were professional, but the lack of communication afterward was a letdown. It would be way better if they followed up more openly and responded faster.

First I did a short interview over phone with HR. Then an online general logic test to do at home. Lastly an interview on site with the recruiting manager.
