First, a recruiter called for a brief fit interview with some quick questions about my CV. After that, I had to complete a writing and Excel test on an energy-related topic. Then, I interviewed with a few consultants and senior consultants. The process concluded with a final business case interview.
The interview process involved one behavioral interview. It was pretty straightforward. They first told us about the company, and then about half of the interview was dedicated to testing our knowledge on a few industry topics. They also asked one weird question to try and catch us off guard.
There were 3 stages in the interview process. The first stage was a personal interview asking about yourself, your motivations for joining us, and your strengths. The second stage focused on the knowledge required for an analyst role. The final stage was a check on your overall performance and how you would integrate into the new team.
