Had 2 interviews total. First was kinda informal, mostly about my past work in the sector. Second was an intro to other team folks, also informal. Pretty smooth overall.
The interview day was organized with enough time between tasks to reflect. The interviewers were nice and kept things conversational. The whole thing took about 2.5 hours.
Had a phone call with the hiring manager. We talked about what I'm interested in and my personality. They asked some technical questions related to the job requirements, mostly about my experience with different software and design principles. Also asked about my experience living in Sweden and my education.
