Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a chat with a headhunter, then I had a really nice talk with Talent Acquisition. After that, I met with someone from the CEO's office where we discussed culture, my skills, and how much I knew about the job and the company.

So, they first gave me a call, just HR, and it was a pretty standard, good chat. Then, I had an in-person interview scheduled with the hiring manager. We had to reschedule it once, but eventually, I met with her. Honestly, her body language wasn't great, and she didn't seem very engaged with what I was saying or try to have a real conversation.

The hiring process was quite lengthy. The work environment seemed pleasant, and there was flexibility regarding the start date. Salary package negotiations were not possible. The management structure appears to be quite cross-functional.
