I went through over 4 interviews, and then they totally ghosted me. No replies, no feedback, nothing. What a waste of time. Hey Adecco Group, ghosting candidates is a huge lack of respect. It is sad to have such a bad and sad experience from a leader in the HR industry.
Telephone interview and in-person interview with the future apprenticeship supervisor and colleagues for an apprenticeship position. The higher the level of responsibility, the more interviews with managers there are.
It was a group assessment with various exercises where we interacted with colleagues and then presented individually. Finally, there was a brief one-on-one interview after a soft skills test.
