Abbiamo fatto un assessment center con 10 persone. C'erano tre prove: una individuale (il colloquio finale), una presentazione iniziale, una prova di gruppo e poi una simulazione di colloquio dove ci siamo alternati nel ruolo di recruiter e candidato. Abbiamo anche analizzato un business case e discusso in gruppo.
It was pretty direct. They asked about my background in the oil and gas sector, even though I'm currently working with Amazon. It was a straightforward conversation about my experience in the oil and gas industry, despite my role with the Amazon team.
Had friendly chats, got useful info and good insights about the job and the company. Questions I asked were answered in detail, and I got feedback on emails even though they were busy.
