It depends on the client's process. There were 2-3 rounds of interviews, all conducted via Zoom or web-ex. After those rounds, there was a final HR round. They provide good welcome kits and benefits. The hiring managers and management are well-organized and helpful.
The interview process consisted of three 1:1 interviews held in the office. The stages were: Manager, then HR, and finally CEO. The process moved at a good pace, and the questions were of normal difficulty.
Very easy. Just say that you're interested in the job. Bilingual is a plus but the bar for the interview is very low. As long as you match their god complex, they would be happy.
