Went through 4 video interviews, then they ghosted me. Apparently, they let someone go and never got back to me. I tried contacting them about the status numerous times but was ignored. Heard from ex-employees that it's best to avoid this company.
I applied online and had an employee referral. It took a few weeks to hear back from a recruiter, and even then, the initial call was rescheduled with not much communication. The second round was a 2-person panel, but that was 4 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything since. The recruiter seemed uninterested and it felt like a checkbox call.
This was a great interview process, honestly one of the best I've experienced, especially for evaluating the specific skills and experience needed for this role. The panel and leaders were really involved at every stage, asking insightful questions and genuinely trying to understand how my background could fit with their team.
