First, you do a take-home homework assessment that you can code in any language. Then, there are two remote interviews. These are with people on your team and are more personality-focused.
The interview process was a waste of time. I completed the initial phone screen and was then given an assignment with the expectation of hearing back in three days. I submitted the assignment immediately but received no response, suggesting it wasn't even reviewed. After two weeks, my follow-up was also ignored. They seem to waste candidates' time with assignments and then don't review them, which is frustrating.
Had a call with a recruiter who then sent me a homework assignment. I put 8 hours into the assignment and submitted it but then got ghosted. They didn't respond to any follow-up messages. My homework was passing all the test cases and it was in a field I'm familiar with.
