I had a phone screen with a recruiter. They asked me about my salary expectations and my experience. They also shared the pay range for the role, which is $70,000 - $110,000.

I had to do two coding assignments that took two weeks to complete, to see if I could code. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager and they asked regular interview questions.

So you apply with your resume, and if they think it's a good fit, you get an automated email to do some technical assignments. I had to complete two assignments. After they review your assignments, if they like them, a recruiter will reach out about the next steps. I really liked that they took the time to create assignments, more companies should do this! The only con is that it takes time to complete them.
