Candidate-reported interview process

I went in multiple times to meet with the team I would have been working with, and then again to meet the VP. It took a while, but it was good to meet everyone and learn about the company and team. It was beneficial for both of us to see if it was a good fit. The only drawback was the parking downtown, which was a bit difficult to find affordable options. Make sure to plan ahead and give yourself extra time so you don't run late.

It was a very short interview. The recruiter was nice and even agreed to negotiate for a better salary than what was initially offered, which I received. I suspect they don't invest heavily in selection because they can easily let you go if their client isn't satisfied or no longer needs you.

It was a pretty standard interview process, nothing too surprising. First, I had a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. The recruiter I met in person was really nice and energetic. I had lots of questions for them, and they seemed to know a lot about the industry and the company, which made things go smoothly.
