I went in multiple times to meet with the team I would have been working with, and then again to meet the VP. It took a while, but it was good to meet everyone and learn about the company and team. It was beneficial for both of us to see if it was a good fit. The only drawback was the parking downtown, which was a bit difficult to find affordable options. Make sure to plan ahead and give yourself extra time so you don't run late.
The process included a phone screen, followed by in-person meetings with the branch manager and the regional VP. It wrapped up with a phone call with the SVP. A unique part of the process is an "audition" where you actually call on and market to clients. It was a straightforward experience, though it took a while.
Met with the Area Managing Director and Division Director, who were very nice and welcoming. The next day, I had a phone interview with the Corporate Recruiter. They explained the work culture and sent me information about pay and benefits.
