I applied online and they called me the next day for an interview. It was pretty straightforward; we just talked about my resume and past work. They asked me about my salary expectations and then had me do some paperwork and skills tests.

You'll first meet with the staffing manager. They'll want to hear more about your work history and software skills. You'll also discuss your top three job priorities and the types of organizations you're looking to join.
