Candidate-reported interview process

After my resume was shared with the hiring executive, HR reached out. Then it was a pretty standard onboarding process. I interviewed with HR, then spoke with the executive, and was offered the role within 48 hours.

A recruiter reached out at the end of July for an open role. The interviews kept getting rescheduled. After several interviews through September with 6 different people over 3 rounds, I never got a response about whether they were interested. It felt really disorganized, making me think that's how it would be working there. Lots of red flags.

After a bunch of interviews, and getting to the final stage, the company just stopped responding. They didn't even send a rejection email to let me know I didn't get the job.
