After my resume was shared with the hiring executive, HR reached out. Then it was a pretty standard onboarding process. I interviewed with HR, then spoke with the executive, and was offered the role within 48 hours.
I spoke to an HR person, he was really nice and helpful. Spoke to the hiring manager, she seems perfectly nice. Then they sent me an automated rejection email. After making it through a couple steps in the interview process, I would have appreciated hearing directly from one of the people I spoke with.
Received an email about 2 weeks after applying for a phone screen with the head of Talent Acquisition. This call was more informative, covering details about the position and compensation. Following that, I had an interview with the head of the department. This was a friendly and conversational meeting where they inquired about my past experience and if I had seen any of their content, specifically asking what I was watching on television.
