Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was very fast and uncomplicated. I felt really at ease during the entire thing, and it was more like a conversation than an interview. They let me know what to expect from the internship. I had three interviews in total over a couple of weeks.
I had an online assessment day. We started with an intro to the company, then chatted with two current interns. After that, we got briefed on a group task and worked on it in breakout rooms. We then came back and talked to the head of HR. We presented our group task, got briefed on an individual task, did that task, and then met back for individual interviews.
I sent in my resume, and then HR reached out to me for an interview. After that, I chatted with the department manager for about 20 minutes. We talked about my past work and why I was interested in working there.
