Candidate-reported interview process

I had three interviews at A+E. The first was supposed to be with three people back-to-back, but only one person showed up. They said we'd reschedule with the others, but I never heard back after emailing and calling. Then, a recruiter contacted me with no info about the job or salary range. I met the direct supervisor, who talked about follow-up calls and meeting the team, but both the recruiter and supervisor ghosted my emails. While waiting, another recruiter reached out for the same job, but also never replied after I responded. Two months after my last meeting, I was rejected.

I was called in twice to interview at the office with two different managers. I felt like they both really liked me and I made sure to show how my skills and experience fit the job. We talked a lot about the job, including pay, hours, benefits, and the work atmosphere. I was really happy and excited, and I'm hoping to hear back. I even reached out to HR but still haven't heard anything, which I think is pretty unprofessional.

The process took around 3 weeks and involved 3 interviews and a test. I never heard back about the job status, even after I followed up. The company's lack of communication was unprofessional.
